Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and regulatory compliance strategies, policies, and procedures for the company.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality assurance processes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on quality assurance and regulatory compliance matters.
  • Coordinate with external regulatory agencies and auditors during inspections and audits.
  • Manage the documentation and record-keeping processes to ensure accurate and organized compliance records.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality and compliance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems and make recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as quality management, regulatory affairs, or a related discipline.
  • Proven work experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance, preferably in the software development industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations, GDPR, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory information to different stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in conducting audits and inspections is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies is a plus.
  • Professional certifications in quality assurance or regulatory compliance (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Regulatory Affairs Certification, etc.) are advantageous.
