Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including order processing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance analyses to management.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely payment processing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Monitor and update the customer database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
